701 Architecture Inc. has developed two mutli-family residential condominium proposals for the Sage Creek Development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Currently under development are the Bridgwater Forest Condominiums, a164 unit condominium multi-family complex for the Waverly West area of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Also, under development are the District Condominiums, a 270 unit condominium multi-family complex that encompasses the revitalization of 6 historic warehouse buildings in downtown Winnipeg, Manitoba.
